The tiers differ on scope (rework-only vs full ESPR flow vs multi-entity Enterprise) and on volume (20,000 reworked units, 30,000 ESPR-documented items, or custom). There is no feature gating between tiers.

Each tier includes a monthly volume: 20,000 reworked units in Rework; 30,000 ESPR-documented items in ESPR Flow. Above the included volume, overages are billed at €0.12 per unit in Rework or €0.09 per item in ESPR Flow. The platform counts automatically. Above the tier ceiling (50,000 reworked units in Rework; 100,000 items in ESPR Flow), Enterprise pricing applies with custom volume rates.

A rework site is a workshop where reconditioning, repair, or refurbishment happens. Rework sites need full platform training because the workshop team actively uses the workflow. €1,500 per rework site, typically one week of onboarding. A non-rework site is a donation channel, recycler, or waste-treatment operator: a partner who receives products and provides ESPR compliant documentation, but does not otherwise actively work in the platform. Non-rework sites need lighter configuration. €150 per non-rework site.

Rework includes ESPR documentation for the rework projects you track in Flexireo (the Annex I disclosure fields populate from your operational data). ESPR Flow extends this to non-rework dispositions (donations, recycling, scrap-with-derogation), so the disclosure covers your full Article 24 scope. Enterprise adds multi-entity disclosure with separate Annex I exports per legal entity that can be rolled up at group level.

Yes. Tier migration is pro-rated and immediate. The platform is the same across tiers; what changes is the scope (non-rework dispositions, multi-entity disclosure) and the volume included. If you start in Rework and later need ESPR Flow, you upgrade at the next billing cycle without data migration or reconfiguration.
